Greatest Growth Statement

 

This year the quality I feel I grew most in would be communication. This quality is important inside and outside of school because I need to be able to use communication to talk to classmates, teachers and other people inside and outside of school so that I am able to tell them about what I am doing or what I was trying to do with something. If I can’t tell somebody about what I am doing than they are not going to understand what I am doing which will make it hard for them to help me or for me help them or if the work I am doing is getting graded than I risk getting a bad grade. This skill is also very important out of school because I need to be able to talk to people about what I am doing or tell them what I need to be done. This quality is also important in some careers because I need to be able present or convey ideas across to my employer or employees. I feel that I grow in this quality every year because I use it every day and I also use it in a lot of the work that I am doing. The project I feel uses this quality best is my language arts memoir because I was trying to make every reader understand it and this was difficult because I had to talk to many people about what I should change or fix to make it easier to read.
